As the Director of Glia, Bridget oversees the operations of a globally recognised organisation specialising in psychological health and safety. With a passion for improving workplace environments, Bridget’s leadership focuses on blending the science of psychology with practical business strategies to enhance the well-being of individuals, teams, and organisations.
Bridget has been a driving force in the field of psychological health and safety in New Zealand, assembling a team of experts who are highly qualified and trained in the psychology of work and organisations. Under her leadership, Glia has become a leader in delivering tailored solutions to improve workplace well-being and performance.
With extensive experience working with business leaders and teams across New Zealand and internationally, Bridget has delivered impactful training and coaching in a variety of industries, including mining, government, agriculture, manufacturing and the private sector. Her expertise spans leadership development, change management, resilience, well-being, psychosocial safety, and corporate coaching.

If you could have dinner with anyone in the world who would you pick? Brene Brown, I would love to pick her brain on everything to do with leadership and life.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has given you? Oscar Wilde did not give it to me directly but I like his quote “life is far too important to take seriously”
