Julie has been practising as a Psychologist since 2011. She was initially trained as a Group Therapist, co-delivering intensive therapeutic programmes in our nation’s prisons. She enjoys the challenge in working alongside people from differing backgrounds, and uncovering their values and what an individual’s potential is.

Julie has worked alongside individuals and organisations in supporting those who have experienced injuries (mental and physical health), brain injury and providing coaching sessions to organisations to help gain awareness of each others’ strengths, and empowering people (and systems) to move forward.

Julie is an enthusiastic Psychologist, who brings a dynamic conversation to your workplace (or individual needs) and has a genuine and empathic approach.

Julie is mother to two children and enjoys spending time outdoors, hoping to complete her renovations and a good coffee or two.

HEY JULIE,

TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOU

What's your process of turning a bad day into a good one? Breathe .. also coffee.

And sticking my head out into fresh air – so important (allows for a break and ability to perspective take)

What is the best piece of advice someone has givn you? Be a wolf not a sheep (hated it, but kinda works)

Who are 3 people you want on your zombie apocalypse team and why?

My partner Tom (practical and good companion)

The Rock (kinda hate him, but he is strong and great social media influence – much needed during a zombie apocalypse)

Can I say Scooby Doo and the whole team (Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy) – they seem to work out these monster/zombie things and add a feminine flavor to an apocalypse
