Ngaire is a Kiwi living in the UK with a passion for solving problems and a knack for figuring out how to get stuff done.

With 15 years experience in recruitment, she can spot the gaps in an organisation and loves to help individuals find and apply their unique talents. Having worked across multiple industries (and continents!) Ngaire is familiar with an array of workplace cultures.

She brings to Glia a keen curiosity in improving work-lives and a talent for providing solutions to customers. Ngaire is excited about expanding our service across the UK and international market.

In her spare time Ngaire is an amateur powerlifter (current deadlift PB 95kg, soon to be 100). She also writes novels and is a current judge for the Crime Writer’s Association Dagger Awards (International Translation).
